G.O.C. is a building with characteristic block, uncompromising and modern architecture. This build has high standard of realization and high quality materials.
Investment is compatible with sustainable development in construction. It had been using innovative solutions and energy-saving technologies.
To buid facades were used individually designed blinds from fully aluminium sheets. Big windows offer increased acces to day light, but shells protect rooms against excessive sunlight. Open space allow effective interior arrangement.
