Project Description
The main objective of the EVOKE concept is to offer a well-designed Pacific Northwest Luxury home that maintains a true contemporary aesthetic and provides the latest options in technology and design. To accomplish this goal we made the EVOKE home buying experience unlike any other. We began by making the experience a very collaborative process, tailoring homes to meet the particular lifestyle and personal preferences of the future owners – to an extent offered by very few production builders. We paid attention to every detail, from baseboards to lighting fixtures, and ensured that clean, modern lines drew attention to delightful spaces throughout each home. We added Northwest-relevant design elements like bi-fold doors, custom outdoor fireplaces and cathedral ceilings to provide a true feeling of openness (something vastly appreciated during long, grey Northwest winters), and a union of the great outdoors with the great indoors (something even more appreciated during stunning Northwest summers). Since our launch in early summer of 2013, EVOKE has sold beyond expectations. But even more importantly, EVOKE is changing the entire concept of home buying in the Pacific Northwest.
