 is giving home cooks the power of steam cooking with the addition of a built-in steam oven to its Professional Series line, which also includes rangetops, wall ovens, and ranges. The latest addition to the collection offers steam, convection, and steam-and-convection cooking modes controlled by restaurant-style knobs. Its stainless steel cavity measures 1.4 cubic feet.
