Moroso
Husk outdoor chairs,
designed for the luxury Italian brand by Marc Thorpe, feature a cylindrical shell
enveloping the seat to suggest the design’s unusual inspiration: a corn
husk. The chairs, which come in red, green, and white and in three different
heights, combine a classic seat shape and minimalist lines. Rather than a solid
panel, Husk features a woven structure to provide a sheer effect that allows
openness to the outdoors, Moroso says. Part of the M’Afrique outdoor
collection, the chairs are manufactured by artisans in Dakar, Senegal. www.moroso.it
