A-1 Roof Trusses, a manufacturer of pre-engineered wood trusses, has announced the promotion of two key members of its leadership team, Travis White and Jeremy Tichenor, who become director of manufacturing and director of design, respectively.
Travis White began his Truss career in high school, working during summer breaks and throughout college, were he worked in multiple positions in the shop and worked his way up to the design manager of St. Lucie Truss in Port St. Lucie, Florida. In 1999, Travis partnered with his father and established TJ Truss in Fort Pierce, Florida. In 2012, Travis joined A-1 where he has served as the director of design for the last 7 years.
Jeremy Tichenor began his Truss career in 1995 at Trussway, Ltd. in Orlando, Florida, where he obtained an extensive knowledge of the industry by serving in multiple positions, including sales, estimating and design. Jeremy joined A-1 in 2011 as part of the design department, where he also served as a Trainer for A-1’s Truss Design Training program. In 2016, Jeremy was promoted to assistant design manager.
