LG Electronics has added a new large-capacity unit, the LG Styler Plus, to its existing line of steam clothing capacity products. The new model measures approximately 24 inches wide, up from 17 1/2 inches in the standard size, and can accommodate up to five hanging garments at once – up from three hanging garments, plus a pair of pants on the interior door.
The Styler Plus is designed to remove wrinkles and eliminate odors on a steam clean cycle that can last as little as 20 minutes. No harsh chemicals are present in the steam cycle. The Gentle Dry cycle removes moisture from the clothes without the risk of shrinking or damage from high heat, while the Pants Crease option produces a crisp crease line without an iron.

The LG Styler line is certified asthma and allergy friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, with steam technology that eliminates more than 99.9% of allergens, germs, and bacteria. Using LG ThinQ smart capabilities, users can also remotely turn the unit on and off, select and start cycles, check remaining times, or receive recommendations on cycles for particular clothing items.
The Styler Plus will launch later this year, available in LG’s new tinted black mirror finish. The standard size will also be available in the new tinted black mirror finish in 2020, along with existing Espresso and White finishes. lg.com/us/
