Dacor has announced a reimagined edition of its Heritage Collection of luxury kitchen appliances, which encompasses wall ovens, gas cooktops, rangetops, ventilation, microwaves, warming drawers, and panel-ready refrigerators and freezers in column, four door French door, bottom freezer, and side-by-side configurations.
The appliance collection is designed for high-volume meal preparation, which extra-large rangetop burners and high-capacity column refrigerators and ovens. All appliances feature art hairline stainless steel finishes, which utilize a horizontal brush stroke that runs parallel to horizontal counter, cabinet and appliance lines in the kitchen.
With up to 8 cubic feet of oven space, the collection’s oven ranges can accommodate commercial baking sheets and large roasts. The rangetops include 14-inch grates and dual brass burners, which help preserve burner and valve longevity. The column refrigerators and freezers include stainless-steel-wrapped interiors, a dual icemaker with cocktail ice, push-to-open door assist, and iQ Remote View with Dual Cameras.
