Italian kitchen designer Bocchi has introduced its entire product lineup to the U.S. this year, including four kitchen sink design series: Classico, Contempo, and Vigneto, all farmhouse-style apron front sinks, and the Sotto series of undermount sinks.
All Bocchi sinks are made from 100% natural, organic, and recyclable fireclay, which is kiln-fired at a temperature of 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. The sinks’ glaze coating, made with its proprietary Super Smooth Surface and Clean Plus technologies, creates a non-porous, uniform surface that resists scratches, stains, and calcium deposits. The surface is 19 times smoother than regular glazed ceramic surfaces, and offers a hydrophobic contact angle to decrease the risk of staining and simplify the cleaning process.
The apron front sinks are available in single or dual-bowl configurations, and range from 20 to 36 inches wide. The Contempo and Vigneto also offer a step rim on select models. The Sotto series is available in five styles, ranging from 12 to 32 inches wide with a single bowl. Each includes a removable protective bottom grid.
All sinks are available in a choice of nine finishes: white, matte white, matte black, black, gray, sapphire blue, biscuit, matte dark gray, and brown.
