MI Windows and Doors has added two new exterior laminate color options, black and bronze, for its 1620 single-hung and 1630 single-slider window lines.
The new colors are available only with white interiors, and may also be ordered with fin, finless and flange frame profiles for both new and replacement window projects. Two-tone color options are also available for the windows’ interior grids and simulated divided lites (SDLs).
“Homeowners are increasingly using dark-colored windows to provide striking contrasts to lighter-colored siding materials,” says Anthony Matter, MI’s director of marketing. “In addition to adding style, they display a personality that stands out from the crowd. These expanded color options also embrace the ‘Modern Farmhouse’ trend with enduring quality and aesthetics that will last for years.”
Both the 1620 and 1630 window lines are designed to meet ENERGY STAR requirements in the North-Central, South-Central, and Southern climate zones. Each is available in two- or three-lite configurations, as well as impact or non-impact-rated models.
Black and bronze exteriors are also available for MI’s 1620PW’s/Shapes, 1675/9770 Casements, 1665/9660 Awnings and 1615 Patio Door products.
