Sweetwater Bungalows makes framed, pop-up cottages in three different sizes. Kits range from $4,500 to $9,400.
The bungalows need to be built on a platform. Lumber isn’t included in the kit, but the plans for the platform are.
Kits for the knock-down bungalows come complete with instructions and hardware.
Walls are 7 feet tall, and the roof peaks at 11 feet.
Siding is made of flame-resistant polyester vinyl. The roof is canvas so the structure can breathe.
