BEFORE: The existing building was a 30-year-old vacant retail space in central Tucson.
AFTER: The west façade, which includes the entry, after the renovation. This area was of prime concern because western exposure in Arizona means intense solar heat gain and glare. The painted steel façade provides shade, supports new solar panels, screens rainwater collection cisterns, and makes a bold and modern statement. PRODUCTS: Galvalume siding.
