Median home prices for both new and resale homes in the Nashville metro have risen rapidly since May of this year, from $286,539 to $319,821 as of now, according to the Williamson County Association of Realtors. In response to these rising prices, David Weekley Homes has introduced paired single-story villas at the Durham Farms community in Hendersonville, Tenn., which are priced starting in the high $200,000s.

A total of 34 villas will be available, ranging from 1,734 to 1,923 square feet in size. Two of the homes were sold as soon as sales began, according to Craig Neal, a David Weekley Homes sales consultant. “This is a product line that has been much anticipated in Durham Farms. We have had more demand for information on this than anything else to date and are expecting to sell out quickly,” said Neal.

David Weekley Homes also offers its paired villas in Salt Lake City, Denver, and Charleston, S.C. Before the introduction of these villas, starting prices at Durham Farms ranged from the mid-$300,000s to the $400,000s for single-family homes.
