Scott Felder Homes, a builder with operations in Austin, Texas, San Antonio, and Denver, announced the acquisition of Dallas-based Olivia Clarke Homes.
The acquisition marks a strategic move by Scott Felder to expand its geographic reach and accelerate its growth in North Texas.

Founded in 2020, Olivia Clarke Homes delivers high-end production homes that offer in-demand features, while maintaining a classic and timeless aesthetic. Olivia Clarke Homes’ founder, Jennifer Johnson, will remain on board to ensure a smooth integration and Olivia Clarke Homes will keep its namesake following the acquisition.

Builder Advisor Group served as an exclusive sell-side advisor to Olivia Clarke Homes. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
