If you’re willing to live on a former Navy bombing range in Arlington, Texas, KB Home is offering floor plans starting at $108,000 in Southridge, a 127-acre community. The catch: The Army Corps of Engineers has found unexploded munitions site, such as the Mach 23 practice bomb. A $1 million cleanup by the Corps is under way. All of the small, 3 ½ pound bombs located are expected to be dug up and removed this month.
