Thirty years ago Demand Products developed the first portable hot wire foam cutter, the StyroCut 15. We soon realized that manual foam cutting machines did not address all the foam industry needs and thus added hot knives, recycling equipment, computerized CNC foam cutters, band saws, skivers, splitters, slitters, routers, convoluters and foam coatings.

Today, our line of hot wire, oscillating blade, fast wire, hot knife and band saw foam cutters allows us to serve a growing list of highly specialized industries that cut, profile, shape and route EPS, XPS, Polyurethane & Polyethylene foams and more.
