Award-winning, home-show display feeds 150 families.The Black Hills HBA of Rapid City, S.D., built its third annual neighborhood of "homes" out of purchased and donated food at its October Home Improvement Expo in the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City.Turkeys will be purchased closer to the holidays with a portion of Expo ticket proceeds.
