Estrella Partners, comprised of Harvard Investments, Toll Brothers, and Värde Partners, announced William Ryan Homes is opening a new neighborhood, Harmony at Montecito, in Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona.

“Harvard Investments and our partners at Toll Brothers and Värde Partners are proud to partner with William Ryan Homes on the next neighborhood opening in Estrella,” says Tim Brislin, senior vice president of Harvard Investments. “Their innovative luxury homes are the perfect new addition to Montecito at Estrella. We believe William Ryan Homes’ product matches the quality and unique designs and layouts home buyers seek in the West Valley today.”

Harmony on Montecito, with views of the Sierra Estrella mountain range, is the sixth neighborhood in Estrella for William Ryan Homes. The builder’s Harmony homes offer four single-level floor plans ranging from the 2,602-square-foot Vela model, with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, to the 3,216-square-foot Lyra model, with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an option for a fourth bedroom. The community will also feature the 3,036-square-foot Orion model, with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Homes in the Harmony at Montecito neighborhood are priced from the mid-$650,000s.

The luxury homes from William Ryan Homes offer casitas or pool houses, front courtyards, and smart technology. Each home features an automation hub for homeowners to control their devices, a video doorbell, a thermostat control, and two light switch controls. The homes also feature oversized sliding doors, exposed beam ceilings, and expansive kitchens, according to the builder.

“Several couples have bought here because their elderly parent or a family member wants to be closer or needs assistance while living with them. The Harmony homes provide the perfect solution as our floor plans provide privacy while still allowing family members to be close,” says Mary Corbett, William Ryan’s director of sales and marketing.
