In an effort to expand services further streamline the home building experience for its clients in Ocean County, N.J., custom builder Walters Homes has launched a new division called Walters Realty.
Walters Realty brings a new level of customer offerings to Walters Homes by working with clients who are searching for vacant properties and teardown opportunities throughout South Jersey, according to the company. The new division will also provide mortgage and title insurance services.
Leading the new division is Patrick Bocchicchio, who has 21 years in the residential real estate industry, including 18 as a broker. He will be in charge of sales and operations for the division. As the founder of an independent residential real estate firm, Bocchicchio has settled more than 2,000 transactions during his career. He is a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and a member of the Rotary Club of South Jersey.
