Select townhomes in the community will feature a move-in package, which includes paid closing costs (up to 4.5% of total loan amount), and a free washer and dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, and window blinds.
Davenport is in the northeastern section of Polk County near Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion, about a 20-minute drive from Walt Disney World and an hour drive from downtown Orlando.
Hammock Reserve features floor plans ranging from 1,635 to 2,737 square feet, with options for three to four bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Pricing ranges from the mid-$300,000s to the low $400,000s. Residents in Hammock Reserve will have access to a resort-style pool and sundeck, green space, a recreation area, and a dog park. The community is located with easy access to Interstate 4, U.S. 27, and U.S. Highway 17-92.
