Home builder Miller & Smith has announced the opening of Tallyn Ridge in Frederick County, Md., located next to a riverfront park.
The new Frederick, Md., community features two modern townhome models, the Paramount and Parkvue, which offer a family-friendly setting with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and up to 2,389 square feet of living space in three finished levels. The new Tallyn Ridge townhomes have contemporary floorplans, designer kitchens, extra spacious great rooms, two-car garages and flexible outdoor spaces.

Townhomes at Tallyn Ridge are priced from $299,990 and single family homes start from $419,990. The community features walking trails, a future community pool and neighborhood playgrounds.
