Tri Pointe Homes announced the grand opening of Westridge Cove, a 335-home community just north of The Woodlands in the northwest Houston metro submarket of Conroe.
Priced from the $300,000s, the builder is offering a collection of 12 different one- and two-story home designs to choose from on 40- and 50-foot homesites.
“Housing is so important all over high-growth Texas and especially in Conroe, which ranked the fourth fastest-growing suburb in the state,” says Tri Pointe Homes Houston division president Joe Mandola. “Residents will enjoy a peaceful, idyllic lifestyle with plenty of small-town charm while being close to the activity and opportunity of Lake Conroe and The Woodlands.”
Each farmhouse and craftsman-styled design offers an open floor plan and features three to four bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-bay garages. Homes range in size from approximately 1,466 to 2,313 square feet on the 40-foot homesites and from 1,662 to 2,712 square feet on the 50-foot homesites.
Amenities at the 95-acre Westridge Cove community include a pool with a two-story waterslide and tanning ledges; fitness and recreation centers; a playground with a tower play structure, swings, and a toddler area; a community walking trail; and a greenbelt area.
In addition to Westridge Cove, Tri Pointe also announced the opening of a new 132-home section in Woodforest in the northwest Houston metro of Montgomery.
Priced from the $400,000s, Tri Pointe features 11 of its one- and two-story home designs on 40- and 50-foot homesites in Woodforest. Each home design offers an open floor plan, three to five bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two- to three-bay garages. On the 40-foot homesites, the homes range in size from approximately 1,865 to 2,976 square feet, and the homes on the 50-foot homesites range from 2,111 to 2,631 square feet.
Amenities at the 3,000-acre Woodforest community include Forest Island, a 16-acre tennis and aquatics center complete with two pool complexes, two tennis courts and a basketball court; a three-field soccer sportsplex; and 13 parks and 15-plus miles of trails.
