Trendmaker Homes, a unit of TRI Pointe Group (NYSE:TPH), announced the grand opening of a new residential community at Palmera Ridge, a 426-acre master-planned community located in the North Austin metro city of Leander.
Trendmaker is building 30 single-family homes on 50’ lots on the site of the former Kitty Hill Airport in Williamson County. Sales and daily model home touring will kick off Saturday, February 9. To mark the occasion, a public grand opening celebration, benefiting Austin Pets Alive, will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with pet-friendly activities and giveaways.
The homes’ exteriors will feature materials inspired by and complementary to the natural Hill Country setting and will offer three open floor plans, each with three elevations. Ranging in size from 1,601 square feet to 2,550 square feet, the one- and two-story homes include 3 bedrooms, 2 to 4 bathrooms and 2-car garages. Prices start from the high $200,000s.
