Sales and daily model home touring at Falls at Dry Creek will kick off on Saturday, September 7 at 16503 Baston Creek Drive in Cypress. To mark the occasion, a public grand opening celebration will be held from noon to 3 p.m. with a catered lunch, a gourmet dessert food truck, fun family activities and more.
The Grayson Woods grand opening will take place from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 14 at 1022 McMurtry Ridge Drive in Katy, where visitors will be able to tour two brand-new model homes. Sales at Grayson Woods have already begun.
Both collections of Trendmaker residences will offer large home sites and modern, open floor plans with an extensive variety of plan and outdoor living options such as media rooms, 5th bedrooms, 4-car garages, extended covered patios, and outdoor fire pits and pergolas. Ranging in size from 3,614 square feet to 4,650 square feet, the homes in Falls at Dry Creek will start from the low $500s, and the Grayson Woods residences will range from 2,470 square feet to 4,151 square feet and start from the $390s. Exclusive community amenities at Falls at Dry Creek and Grayson Woods include features like resort-style swimming pools, fitness centers, sparkling lakes, walking trails, playgrounds and splash pads.
