It looks like work will soon get underway at a new development in Jacksonville in a community called Edison. The Jacksonville Daily Record reports:
The company planning to develop Edison, one of the first two neighborhoods in eTown, submitted permit applications to the city to build three model homes.
National homebuilder Toll Brothers proposes to build the three models on what appear to be adjacent lots, according to site plans submitted with two of the three applications. The third application didn't include site plans or many details.
The projects are labeled Edison 114, 115 and 116 and correspond to the same vacant home lot numbers in Edison, a community designed for 265 single-family homes.
Details provided previously by Toll Brothers showed that homes in Edison will start in the high-$300,000s with one- or two-story designs from 2,500 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet.
