Toll Brothers, Inc., the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, is building in the Traverse Mountain master plan in Lehi, Utah, in its Canyon Point community.
Canyon Point will offer two collections of single-family homes starting in the mid- $400,000s. Home designs span a variety of styles, including Traditional, Modern, Prairie, Farmhouse, and Craftsman. Exceptional features include Ramblers and two-story home designs, 10' ceilings and 12' master bedroom ceilings, gourmet kitchens, basements, and up to 6,330 total square feet. Additionally, every home includes the Toll Brothers 10-year limited warranty.
Making its Southwestern debut more than two decades ago, Toll Brothers has grown to offer its homes to Utah's neighbors in California, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, and Colorado.
