Toll Brothers has opened a new community in South Carolina featuring affordably priced new homes. The Charlotte Business Journal reports:

Toll Brothers has started sales in the Bent Creek community of Lancaster County, with home prices starting at $350,000.

The national home builder is planning 134 homes in the Toll Brothers at Bent Creek, ranging from 2,200 to 3,800 square feet. Lot frontages range from 70 to 90 feet.

David Kelly, Carolinas division president for Toll Brother (NYSE: TOL), says a key attractor to Bent Creek may be low Lancaster County taxes.
