Toll Brothers has tried development in the Atlanta market before, but failed to get the required approvals. Now it is building there and getting set for a grand debut. Curbed Atlanta reports:
Toll Brothers is making its first mark on metro Atlanta with 348 units of luxury living.
In late March, Toll Bothers Apartment Living, a subsidiary of the parent company that bills itself as “the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes,” broke ground on Oleander, a Brookhaven rental community.
Planted on Emory University’s 60-acre Executive Park campus, the new residential compound, to be nestled next to the Atlanta Hawks training facility, could be available for rent as soon as next summer, according to a press release. ...
... The new apartment complex will offer the usual slate of posh amenities, such as “a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a luxurious club room with a coffee bar, a dining room, lush courtyards, and more," the release states.
