Now Hamptons developer Joe Farrell’s dream house is back on the market for $49.95 million. Known as the Sandcastle, the property — a 15-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot home at 612 Halsey Lane in Bridgehampton — comes with all sorts of bells and whistles.
There’s a spa with a steam room and a sauna, a bowling alley, a sunken indoor Jacuzzi, a tennis court and a baseball field.
The 9,000-square-foot basement also includes a golf simulator and a half-pipe for skateboarders.
The home sits on 11½ acres and features a pool, a 4,000-square-foot pool house and an eight-car garage.
