Taylor Morrison has broken ground on The Heights, its latest community in Bradenton, Florida. The home builder will bring two new neighborhoods, Esplanade at The Heights and Grandview at The Heights, to the 200-acre development.
The Heights will offer views of 255-acre Ward Lake and will be surrounded by picturesque scenery and lush landscaping in a convenient Bradenton location near Manatee County schools, shopping, entertainment and I-75. Planned elevated walking trails, outdoor recreation lawns and sitting areas will be located throughout the community in addition to individual neighborhood amenities.

Esplanade homeowners will also have access to social events and parties planned by the on-site Lifestyle Manager. Homes in this neighborhood are planned to feature California Tuscan inspired architecture along with spacious floor plans with designer finishes.
Residents of Grandview at The Heights will have access to planned amenities including a sparkling pool and cabana area, splash park, grilling area, a basketball court and more.
