Taylor Morrison will debut a new collection of luxurious homes on 60-foot oversized and waterfront home sites in a gated section at the west Houston community, Elyson, this fall.
Offering the new Endeavor Collection of homes on 60-foot wide home sites, Taylor Morrison’s new collection of luxury homes will feature new painted brick and modern elevations that will complement Elyson’s Prairie Modern design. The homes will also offer optional three-car garages to give homeowners extra storage and will start from the mid-$300,000s.
“This new neighborhood offers our buyers the chance to secure their dream home on an oversized home site and within a gated enclave at Elyson,” said Amy Rino, president of Taylor Morrison’s Houston division. “Couple that with our new elevations and buyers will find that Elyson will give them a very special place to call home.”
The home builder will offer its Endeavor Collection at Elyson, with plans such as the Bordeaux, Terracotta, Scarlet and Chambray available. The Endeavor Collection offers single and two-story home designs that range from approximately 2,238 to 3,400 square feet. Up to six bedrooms and five baths are available and the homes feature soaring two-story ceilings with plenty of natural light and flexible living spaces.
Taylor Morrison joins Darling Homes in Elyson. Darling’s final two inventory homes, offering up to 4,200 square feet and four bedrooms, are currently available in the community, as well as one final opportunity to own one of Taylor Morrison’s 70-foot homes at Elyson. Prices for the two remaining Darling homes start in the low $500,000s while Taylor Morrison’s 70-foot series starts from the low $400,000s.
Elyson is the next Katy community from Newland Communities, which also developed Cinco Ranch and Seven Meadows. The community offers a picturesque 3,500-acre setting with plenty of amenities and access to the highly regarded schools of Katy Independent School District (ISD) including a planned elementary school opening in August 2020 as well as the educational childcare center Kiddie Academy of Elyson, which opened in August 2019.
