The Rilington Group, La Qunita, California, has announced that pre-sales for its newest community, Lido at Terra Lago, in North Indio, California begin on Saturday, December 1st.

Buyers taking advantage of this pre-sales opportunity get first choice of Lido’s 83 lakefront homes, all with surrounding mountain views. “For us, Lido at Terra Lago is one of the most exciting communities we’ve both developed and built over our four decades as a developer/builder. The entire Terra Lago community is beautiful and the lakefront homes we’re building will compliment it in every way,” explains Mickie Riley, president and founder of the Rilington Group.

Homes purchased during pre-sales will be ready for move-in by Spring 2019. Lido at Terra Lago will be the last available lakefront homes in the master-planned community of Terra Lago. With three 4-bedroom plans, these non-age-restricted homes range in size from 2158-2680 square feet. All floor plans feature a bedroom on the main level, making Lido at Terra Lago attractive to second home buyers, retirees and families.

Built around an active lake, homeowners can enjoy electric boats, kayaking and catch and release fishing. The gated Lido at Terra Lago features pocket parks throughout, abundant greenbelts and lakeside walking trails. Residents will also enjoy full-time private security.

The master-planned community of Terra Lago has 1400 plus homes and offers resident golf rates at The Golf Club at Terra Lago, which features a 36-hole course. Additional amenities include a 20-acre lake, community swimming pool, fitness center, conference facility, Tuscan style clubhouse with on-site management, banquet room with catering kitchen, billiard/ping-pong game rooms and playground.

Three of the six homes released in Phase 1 have already been sold.
