Reacting to strong buyer demand, the Rilington Group recently released and opened sales for Phase 5 at its Domani community in Palm Desert on May 19.
The company said prospective buyers lined up early in the morning (with one group waiting overnight) for Domani to open its gates at 7:45 a.m., when numbers were then handed out for the chance to reserve one of the 12 released that day.
“It was really exciting to see cars waiting at the entry gates when we opened at 7:45 a.m. This sales momentum proves that Domani offers active adult buyers what is truly the right home at the right price,” said the Rilington Group’s Marketing Director Erin Eslinger.
Since Domani’s preview opening in February, 32 homes have been sold. It is anticipated the homes released in Phase 5 will sell quickly. For a limited time, five homes with select floor plans remain available at earlier phase pricing.
Domani is an age-preferred (55+) community with the in-demand amenities of much larger communities in an intimate setting. Domani’s 202 single-family detached homes are priced in the $300,000’s. A gated entrance, clubhouse, fitness center and resort-style pool are all part of the Domani lifestyle.
