The Rilington Group’s recent preview opening of the 202-home Domani community in Palm Desert drew 300 groups interested in the new gated community, with eight reservations from buyers over the model preview weekend, the company said Monday.
Domani’s phase 2 was released early to offer more homes to meet market demand.

Domani’s distinctive Early California styled architecture compliment five unique plans, ranging in size from 1586 (2 Bed + Retreat/2.5 Bath) to 1886 square feet (3 Bed/3.5 Bath).
