Richmond American to Open Puyallup, Washington Community

Richmond American Homes of Washington, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), is opening Fruitland Ridge, a new Puyallup, Washington community south of Seattle.

The home builder is planning two grand opening events: on July 12, 2018, area agents are invited to attend a sneak preview from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., which will include complimentary lunch and model home tours. On Saturday, July 14, both agents and prospective home buyers are invited to a Grand Opening event to enjoy lunch and tour the brand-new Hastings model home.
