Richmond American Homes of Utah, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), this weekend is opening new model homes at The Village of Hawks Estates in Saratoga Springs, Utah.
There will be two events, both featuring complimentary lunch and model tours. Area agents are invited to attend a sneak peek on July 26, 2018, from 1 to 4 p.m., and both agents and prospective home buyers can attend the Grand Opening event for the models on July 28, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Onyx and Moonstone models are part of the Seasons™ Collection and showcase ranch-style and two-story floor plans, respectively. The Onyx is approximately 1,580 square feet, and offers three bedrooms and two baths. The Moonstone is available with four to six bedrooms, and is approximately 2,660 square feet.
