Richmond American Homes of Nevada, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc., Denver (NYSE: MDC), said Tuesday it is opening two new communities in the Las Vegas metro area: Moonstone in North Las Vegas and Encore at Cadence in Henderson. The grand openings of the communities will take place on Oct. 28.
Moonston, a gated central valley community, features Richmond American’s popular Seasons™ Collection—designed to place home ownership within reach. Starting from the mid $200s, Moonstone’s floor plans offer included features, such as granite kitchen countertops, maple cabinetry and paver-stone driveways. Residents will also enjoy two community parks.
The grand opening will feature model home tours, complimentary BBQ, family fun and a special giveaway.
Encore, in Henderson’s Cadence masterplan, features multiple amenities and a selection of ranch-style floor plans, starting from the mid $300s. Each new home at Encore includes 17″ x 17″ ceramic tile flooring in the entryway, laundry room, kitchen and bathrooms, in addition to a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
Encore at Cadence’s grand opening event will also feature model home tours, family fun and a special giveaway, plus complimentary hors d’oeuvres.
