New communities opening in September include:
- Inspirato at Mountain House in Mountain House, CA
- Anthem Highlands Vistas in Broomfield, CO
- Anthem Highlands Retreat in Broomfield, CO
- BackCountry in Highlands Ranch, CO
- Maple Neighborhood at Copperleaf in Centennial, CO
- Onyx Point in Las Vegas, NV
- Sonatina at Cadence in Henderson, NV
- Mountain Brook Estates in Culpeper, VA
- Twin Lakes Overlook in Winchester, VA
Additionally, model homes are debuting this month at the following communities:
- Sycamore Farms by Richmond American in Surprise, AZ
- Tuscano in Phoenix, AZ
- Mountain Valley Preserve in Colorado Springs, CO
- Arbor Mill at Mill Creek in St. Augustine, FL
New home sites have been released at Seasons at Copperleaf in Centennial, CO, and many more community and model home grand openings are scheduled in the coming months.
