The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC, a Green Brick Partner, has released its newest home designs for Westside Village, a new in-town community of townhomes in Atlanta.
Located where Marietta Boulevard meets Moores Mill, Westside Village offers an urban lifestyle at the heart of the walkable Upper Westside in Atlanta. Starting from the $430,000s, townhomes at Westside Village offer urban-inspired exteriors and open-concept interiors.
One townhome design available is the three-story Highland I with 2,142 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a two-car, rear-entry garage. A part of the Brownstone Collection, this design features an outdoor deck on the main level, a gourmet rear kitchen with island overlooking the dining and family rooms, a kitchen middle option overlooking the dining and family rooms with additional bedroom on the main level, a secondary bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet on the upper level, space for a media room or optional guest retreat on the terrace level and a luxurious owner’s suite with spa-like bath featuring dual vanities, walk-in shower and walk-in closet with island.
The Westside, another townhome design, features 1,930 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three baths and a two-car, rear-entry garage. This Brownstone Collection design features three stories with an outdoor deck off the main level and covered patio off the terrace level. The common living areas seamlessly connect on the main level with the gourmet kitchen neighboring the dining area and leading to the family room with rear-deck access.
A secondary bedroom with full bath access completes the main level. The luxurious owner’s suite, located on the upper level with an additional secondary bedroom and bath, has his and hers walk-in closets and a private bath with dual vanities and spacious walk-in shower.
Westside Village will offer just 19 upscale townhomes. In addition to a low-maintenance lifestyle with HOA-maintained lawns and landscaping, residents will also enjoy walkability to chef-driven restaurants and daily conveniences.
Children living at Westside Village will attend Bolton Academy Elementary, Sutton Middle and North Atlanta High.
