A new Tennessee community, not even built yet, is drawing interest, according to The Tennseesan newspaper.

There’s no sales office yet and the model home hasn’t been built, but home buyers are already inquiring about Oxford Station, the new cottage and townhome neighborhood being launched in Gallatin by Parkside Builders.

The neighborhood, which will have a total of 152 homes, is located along Long Hollow Pike and Vietnam Veterans Boulevard. The address is 2059 Long Hollow Pike. Prices are being finalized and will start in the low $200,000s for the first phase of townhomes.

“We’ve had great interest in the community without even being on-site and are scheduled to start selling from this July,” said Tiffany Caine, director of sales and managing broker for Parkside Builders.

Construction of the model home is expected to begin soon and be complete by the end of the year.
