Charlotte-area homebuilder Niblock Homes hosted a Grand Opening Home-Site Release Event on Saturday, August 26th at the site of its newest patio-home community, Woodbridge. The event exceeded initial projections, with contracts signed on 6 of the community’s 49 homesites–in two hours.
Woodbridge is a certified North Carolina Wildlife Friendly Development – one of just two in North Carolina.”We couldn’t be happier with the success of the Woodbridge event,” said William Niblock, one of the company’s founders, and president of the family-owned and operated business. “To sell over 12% of the home sites in less than two hours is really remarkable.”

Certification mandates green building standards, encourages sustainable development practices, and helps protect habitats that are already in place.
