Located at Eastmark Parkway and Point Twenty-Two Boulevard, Electron’s unique collection of 53 home sites measuring 60 feet by 135 feet feature five new Flex Design® one- and two-story floor plans ranging from approximately 2,321 to 3,994 square feet with 3 to 6 bedrooms, up to 4.5 bathrooms and 3- and 4-car garage options. New architectural styles featuring the latest design trends bring to Eastmark fresh, open floor plans with plenty of indoor-outdoor space like never before. Through Maracay’s Flex Design® program, home shoppers are also able to tailor their home to fit their lifestyle with a variety of floor plan options.

All homes will be registered with the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a third-party rating system that verifies compliance across several areas addressing sustainability, with the goal of earning the LEED® Certified designation. Maracay is the only large-scale home builder in Arizona to offer LEED® Certified homes. Designed to use 30%–50%less energy than typical homes, each home will meet the EPA’s Indoor airPLUS specifications, and will feature water-efficient fixtures, LED lighting, energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, Energy Star® appliances, tankless water heaters, and Wi-Fi enabled, programmable thermostats.

Additionally, all homes are Energy Star® certified and include Maracay’s Living Smart® program for high performance and energy efficiency.

Designed with an active lifestyle in mind, Electron offers a host of amenities and opportunities for residents to interact with each other.
