Liberty Home Builders announced on Thursday the addition of Sierra Vista in South Houston and Ladera in San Antonio to its expanding list of communities.
Sierra Vista marks the 12th Houston community and Ladera is the 3rd San Antonio community for the 6-year-old builder specializing in affordable, quality homes with modern floor plans.
Damon Sachs, president of Liberty Home Builders, also announced the closing of Liberty Home Builders’ 1,000th home in August in the Silverglen North Community in Houston.
“To see us close on our 1,000th home in our 6th year, and announce two new communities, has exceeded our already aggressive expectations for 2019,” said Sachs. “We just keep doing what we set out to do and the response from developers and our customers has been incredible. This year has been huge for us and we are looking forward to an even bigger 2020.”
Sierra Vista and Ladera are located in fast-growing areas just outside of Houston and San Antonio, respectively. Both communities will feature one and two-story plans from Liberty Home Builders’ Colonial series starting in December of 2019. Homes will range in size from 1,800 sq. ft. 4 bed, 2 bath homes to 2,800 sq. ft. 5 bed, 3 bath homes, with up to 21 elevations to choose from. Prices will start in the mid-$200,000s.
