Lennar late Wednesday announced the grand opening of Ventana at El Corazon, a new collection of low-maintenance townhome designs with flexible floor plans, state-of-the-art technology and a simplified home buying process through Lennar's Everything's Included® program. The community is located within the expanding El Corazon master plan just three miles from the beach in Oceanside, California.
The public is invited to tour the model home designs during a Grand Opening event on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. – with children's activities and the Super Q barbeque food truck featured between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Ventana at El Corazon's 70 new homes range from 1,659 to 2,312 square feet with up to four bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. All four floor plans feature attached garages, spacious living areas, state-of-the-art rooftop solar power and modern kitchens – with some models including flexible ground-floor space that can be used as a home office, gym or play area. Prices start in the mid-$500,000s, with the first year's HOA dues paid by Lennar for homes that close by November 29, 2019.
