Lennar has announced the opening of sales at Copperspring, a unique community located off of SR 54 in New Port Richey, Florida and convenient to Tampa via The Veterans Expressway.
The community features access to a flowing tributary that leads through to the Anclote River and Gulf. Homeowners will be able to launch their kayak or paddleboard right from the community.
Copperspring is a single-family home community consisting of 377 home sites, ranging from 1,267 - 3,326 square feet. Homes start in the $200s.
Copperspring will feature the home builder’s American Dream Series product, which is designed to be energy efficient and move-in ready with black appliances and LED lighting. The community consists of 13 different floor plans and all homes are covered under Lennar’s signature Everything's Included® program. Add-ons such as GE® appliances and ceramic tile flooring are included in the list price

Community amenities include an amenity center with pool, cabana, pocket parks as well as kayak racks and launch site.
