Lennar is introducing a classic home design with a slate of modern amenities priced from the $200,000s in top-selling Woodforest in Montgomery, Texas, northwest of Houston.
Lennar recently began sales of single-story, bungalow-style designs in the Montgomery County master-planned community. The homes feature gabled, low-pitch roofs, front porches and open floor plans.

Six plans, ranging from 1,152 to 1,664 square feet, offer up to four bedrooms with open-access dining areas and family rooms, master bedroom and en-suite master baths with walk-in showers and quartz countertops. All plans offer a two-car garage.
Standard features include gourmet-style kitchen with granite countertops, 42-inch designer cabinets with crown molding and a stainless steel appliance package, recessed LED lighting throughout and two-inch faux wood blinds.
A fully Wi-Fi CERTIFIED Home Design™ and included home automation package allow buyers to control their lights, front door locks and thermostat simply through voice-activated home automation.
