Newport Beach, Calif.-based Landsea Homes has moved its Arizona division headquarters, which opened last year in Phoenix, to a 5,000-square-foot office in Scottsdale, Arizona. According to Pete Beucke, Arizona division president for Landsea Homes, the new headquarters will manage the builder’s regional operations in an environment that “cultivates connection, collaboration and day to day productivity.”
“This is an important step in the development of our regional platform,” says Beuke. “…Our local presence enables us to better serve our clients in the region, and we are excited to be establishing this base of operations in Scottsdale.”
The 7600 East Doubletree Ranch Road location provides Landsea Homes’ employees, partners and vendors easy access to Scottsdale’s best restaurants, luxury and one-off boutiques, outdoor activities, downtown transportation and art-driven events.
…Landsea Homes is currently selling in Phoenix market communities such as Encanta in Tolleson, Destiny, Victory at Verrado and Cielo at Estrella. Upcoming communities include Centerra in Goodyear and Highlands at Verrado.
