Home buyers at Logan Pointe can choose from eight home designs that range in size from 1,435 to 2,716 square feet and include up to five bedrooms and three baths. Featuring design characteristics such as spacious great rooms, ample storage space, and dedicated laundry rooms, the KB homes at Logan Pointe are priced to start from the mid-$190,000s, with no CDD fees.
Logan Pointe is convenient to Interstate 295 and minutes from downtown Jacksonville and Naval Air Station Jacksonville.
Residents at Logan Pointe will enjoy the community’s proximity to Normandy Boulevard, which provides quick access to several shopping and dining establishments. Nearby Crystal Spring Road Park offers a variety of recreational facilities, including playscapes, grills, picnic shelters, restrooms, baseball field, tennis courts, and walking trails.
