KB Home, Los Angels (NYSE: KBH) on Friday announced the grand opening this weekend of two new Southern California communities.
Caraway and Sorrel at Terramor, the builder’s latest new home neighborhoods in Temescal Valley, will open for sale Saturday. The Terramor master plan’s location allows for easy commuting throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties, including the cities of Corona, Riverside, Lake Elsinore and Temecula, via Interstate 15 and Highway 91. Public school students living in Caraway and Sorrel at Terramor will attend schools in the Corona-Norco Unified School District.
Residents of Caraway and Sorrel at Terramor will have access to exclusive community amenities, including The Veranda, a social center featuring an outdoor pool with sundecks, a toddler pool, and an outdoor barbecue. KB also announced the grand opening of Mariposa at Springville, the builder’s latest new home community in Camarillo.
