At Countryside, KB Home will construct 52 one- and two-story homes and offer three distinct floor plans. With up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and ranging in size from approximately 1,800 to 2,500 square feet, the KB homes at Countryside also feature desirable design characteristics like large lots, walk-in closets, spacious great rooms and elegant master suites. Pricing begins in the low-$500,000s.

Countryside residents will have access to a planned public park adjacent to the neighborhood, which is expected to include open play and gathering areas, picnic tables, and biking and walking trails. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at nearby Whispering Lakes Golf Course, and residents can also enjoy the community’s proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment at Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills® shopping center. Countryside is located in the Mountain View School District.

“We believe the KB homes at Countryside will appeal to a broad range of home buyer needs and preferences,” said John Fenn, president of KB Home’s Inland Empire division. “Our thoughtfully designed one- and two-story floor plans are flexible canvases upon which KB home buyers can create the way they want to live.”

The KB homes at Countryside will be built to current ENERGY STAR® certification guidelines and include WaterSense®labeled faucets and fixtures, meaning they are designed to be more energy and water efficient than most typical new and resale homes available in the area. These energy- and water-saving features are estimated to save home buyers between $1,896 and $2,952 a year in utility costs, depending on the floor plan.
