KB Home, Los Angeles (NYSE: KBH) on Friday announced the openings of two new East Coast communities, one in Florida, the other in North Carolina.
The grand opening of Stewart Lake Preserve, its latest community of single-family homes in Groveland, Fla., will take place this weekend. Stewart Lake Preserve offers easy access to Highway 50, U.S. Route 27 and the Florida Turnpike, and short commutes to area employers, including South Lake Hospital, University of Central Florida South Lake, National Training Center, and Walt Disney World®.

KB also announced the grand opening of Partin Place, its latest community of single-family homes in the Raleigh-Durham area. Located in the quaint town of Fuquay-Varina, Partin Place is just off U.S. Route 401, offering a short commute to downtown Raleigh.
Partin Place features a tranquil setting and proximity to the shopping and dining available in downtown Fuquay-Varina. Nearby Honeycutt Road Park offers a variety of public recreational facilities, including soccer fields, tennis courts, picnic shelters, a walking track and playground. Partin Place is zoned for Wake County Public Schools.
